Исторический опыт развития культурно-просветительских учреждений новых городов Бурятии в 1950—1980-е годы

Рассмотрены особенности формирования и развития культурно-просветительских учреждений новых городских поселений Бурятии в 1950—1980-е годы. На основе ранее не опубликованных архивных документов, публицистических текстов и частных источников реконструированы основные направления деятельности государственных и ведомственных клубов, домов культуры, театральных объединений, библиотек, музеев. Рассмотрены проблемы материально-технического обеспечения и комплектования кадров учреждений культуры. Выявлена специфика становления самодеятельных творческих коллективов в условиях районов нового хозяйственного освоения. Отмечается, что основные пути культурного развития городов определяло государство, вместе с тем постепенно отказываясь от прямого контроля над культурной жизнью. Авторы приходят к выводу, что концентрация в городах-новостройках молодого населения из разных частей страны благоприятно влияла на формирование культурной среды и способствовала возникновению разнообразных форм и направлений культурно-просветительской и культурно-массовой работы. Подчеркивается, что культурная жизнь новых городов обеспечивалась коллективами художественной самодеятельности. Утверждается, что переход местных коллективов с любительского на профессиональный уровень замедлялся вследствие материальной зависимости учреждений культуры от градообразующих предприятий.
